Nx MetaVMS User Manual

To display product version, hardware, and driver information, go to Main Menu and select About (F1).

The About Nx MetaVMS dialog will display:

•Version and platform information.

•A list of external libraries used.

•Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) information.

•System servers.

•Nx MetaVMS components and driver versions.

•Customer Support contact information.

This data is required by the support team and should be provided in your support ticket in addition to other pertinent details. (Similar information can be acquired with standard Windows tools such as ipconfig, but About Nx MetaVMS is more direct and specific to the product.)
